MAMH submitted written testimony in support of S.983/H.1487: An Act prohibiting discrimination against adults with disabilities in family and juvenile court proceedings. This bill would bar discrimination against parents seeking custody of their children, and would require custody decisions to be based on evidence of actual harm, not stereotypes or assumptions.
